Neurological Physiotherapy for movement, confidence and strength
A dedicated neurological physiotherapy program to improve strength, flexibility and function, for conditions like MS, stroke and others where exercise has been shown to have positive benefits. Empower helps maintain, stimulate and retrain movement, working with the brain’s ability to adapt and keep forming new connections. It can also help maintain flexibility.
Whether your goal is to be stronger, walk further, stay active or feel better day-to-day, our program is designed to meet you where you’re at — and support your progress.
Sessions are via home visits, at your local gym, or via telehealth where appropriate.
Empower aims to improve your capability, resilience and quality of life. We support your goals with evidence-based care and a flexible, forward-thinking approach.
