Helping you move more easily, with less pain and more confidence.
Pain in its many forms can make everyday movement harder. At Jasmine Health Care, we focus on reducing pain then addressing what is causing it. Our goal is for you to enjoy doing the things you want to do.
How Physiotherapy Helps
Physiotherapy can be one of the most effective ways to manage both arthritis symptoms and musculoskeletal pain. We focus on restoring your strength, independence and movement, and may use techniques like massage, manual therapy, electrotherapy or splinting. We use the right exercise to support better joint health, strength, and mobility — without overloading pain-sensitive parts of your body.
We’ll work with you to:
- Reduce pain and stiffness and reduce strain on sensitive parts of the body
- Develop self-care strategies
- Improve function through the right exercise
- Create a home program you are happy with
Conditions We Commonly Treat
We treat a wide range of conditions, including sprains and strains, rheumatoid or osteoarthritis. You may experience joint stiffness, tendon-related pain, or patterns of use that cause strain to particular muscles. When we understand what is behind the pain, we’ll help you regain strength, especially if you have had reduced activity or prolonged pain. We tailor your program to meet you wherever you are in your journey and you to manage your symptoms for yourself going forward.
What to Expect
You’ll receive a comprehensive assessment, establish your goals and a timeline, to create a treatment plan that is achievable and practical. We will find the best program for you which will usually include a home exercise program to help you stay strong and make faster progress.
We may also discuss posture, how to pace your activities to avoid further pain and strain, and modifying your everyday activities to reduce discomfort and avoid flare-ups. Programs are tailored to your unique needs — and delivered in your own home.
