Physiotherapy-based support for older Australians

Stay strong and independent

Recover from physical setbacks

Enjoy better physical wellbeing

Staying well and mobile is essential. So we work together to develop a program for staying as physically strong and resilient as possible, giving you power and insight into your own wellbeing.

For people supporting an older adult, less complexity and greater clarity about a wellbeing program is a positive benefit

Your home program should be simple and achievable, with or without the help of a support person.

Jasmine Health Care’s services are via telehealth (video or phone call). This is a popular and effective form of physiotherapy for many conditions. It has been shown to produce good results with less waiting time and no need to travel or find parking.

You receive thorough assessments and program development like those in a clinic, and you may benefit from having a support person present.

Follow up support material is included, to ensure you and your support person if you have one, are well-informed after the session.

If after one session you are not sure telehealth is for you, we will review the session and discuss your best way forward with you.

No referral is required, and telehealth physiotherapy is covered by DVA, most private insurers and the 5 Medicare sessions.
