Yesterday’s April No Falls post was about simple things that we can safely do by ourselves every day to help prevent falls. Sometimes though, it’s great to have a video. Jasmine Health Care is going to share some of Dr Lam’s free introductory Tai Chi classes with his organisation’s permission. Click on the link below and remember to hold the back of a chair for balance if you are unsteady. You can even do the program sitting down, just moving your arms, trunk and legs in a similar way, and it will still help with your upper body balance and general strength. Enjoy the different pace of these exercises as you improve your balance!
