PD Power uses neuro-active exercises to retrain your Parkinson’s brain. It’s different to other types of exercise such as gym, walking or swimming. These exercises will help improve your movement, help you to become more active and have a greater quality of life. And it’s fun!

HOW DO I DO PD POWER?

An 8-week intensive exercise challenge

Intensive 8-week Parkinson’s exercise challenge
- Initial consultation and assessment by a Parkinson’s trained physiotherapist
- Weekly 40 min supervised neuro-active exercise sessions
- Home program at least 3 more times per week
- Different forms of support you may need to complete the challenge
- Progress checks regularly and at the final session
- Ongoing support afterwards as you require
Ongoing regular sessions
- Initial consultation and assessment by a Parkinson’s trained physiotherapist
- Supervised 40 min neuro-active exercise sessions weekly or as suits you
- Home program to do 2 or more times per week
