What is the Straight Up program?

It’s an 8 week strength and balance exercise program scientifically shown to work, which you can do at home.

HOW DO I DO STRAIGHT UP?

At home, in the gym, or via telehealth

You can do either   8 weeks intensive  OR  on an ongoing regular basis.

Intensive 8-week challenge consists of

  • Initial consultation and assessment by a qualified physiotherapist
  • Weekly 40 min supervised sessions
  • 1 supervised exercise session per week
  • 40 min individualised home program to do 2-3 times per week
  • The support you need to keep going
  • Progress checks regularly and at the final session
  • Ongoing support afterwards as you require

Ongoing regular sessions

  • Initial consultation and assessment by a qualified physiotherapist
  • Supervised 40 min sessions as suits you
  • Your individualised home program to do 2 or more times per week
  • The support you need to achieve results
